Cat has her Master’s Degree in Magazine Writing and Digital Storytelling from New York University’s Arthur L. Carter Journalism Institute. She has her Bachelors of Arts from Columbia College of Columbia University in the City of New York, where she majored in English and Political Science.
Originally from Passaic, New Jersey, Cat is a journalist who is passionate about creating accessible conversations about la cultura and its consumption to the mainstream. She’s a first-generation Colombian-American, and proud member of the National Association of Hispanic Journalists and the Association of Independents in Radio.
